Ordering and Shipping

We offer several shipping options, including flat-rate shipping for orders under $300 and free shipping for orders over $300 within the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping is also available for those who need their items faster.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s progress in real-time.

Customization Services

We offer a range of customization options that allow you to add your own designs and logos to our products. You can choose from screen printing, vinyl printing for smaller orders, digital printing and embroidery. Each method has its unique specifications and possibilities, ensuring that your vision comes to life. 

For custom orders, we’ll need details such as the quantity of bags, colors in your logo, preferred print sides, shipping destination, and any deadlines you may have. This helps us ensure your order meets your expectations.

Our standard production time for custom printing is usually 7 business days after the mock-up is approved. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 1 to 5 business days.

Returns and Order Modifications

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, we do not provide return labels unless the error was on our end (wrong items, colors, or defective products). If you need to return an item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Yes! If you need to modify your order, such as changing items, colors, or quantities, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.

Yes, we provide the option to purchase sample products. You can order a single blank bag or a one-color printed sample for a fee, which includes the bag and shipping. If you proceed with a larger order, we will refund a portion of your sample cost as a thank-you for choosing us!
